Ealing studios made some great Films (not movies) in it's day.
Passport to Pimlico is a favourite of mine, also liked The Mouse That Roared.

If you check your order details it should not include any UK vat. The import fee deposit should be 19% of the total price inc shipping which is paid to Cyprus.
