Thank you for that. I have seen some of the websites before, but I think we need to contact them as they don`t show folding scooters. My husband has one , but it would be a bit risky for it to be flown out, not trusting the airline not to damage it !!

Last year when we were in Cyprus, we saw some people using what looked like small folding mobility scooters. Is there somewhere in Paphos to hire one ?

We have used travelinsurance4medical; in their FAQs under the Backpacker and LonStay insurance it says they will insure you for upto 18 months and you can come home twice in that time. It might be worth a look.
