Re: McDonalds workers demand £15 p/h

Re: Mr Hamilton number one again..

Jim, nobody is disputing he is a great driver and certainly in the top 3 ever. Maybe the best. I put out that the awards, while deserved by him by current criteria, are perhaps no longer appropriate overall. Not related to Hamilton per SE.

Re: First day of electric car mass production at VW-Germany

The UK power generation cannot cope with more than a couple of charging cars per street. It needs the batteries to improve massively and charging to be managed much better - such as from house-based battery storage coming from solar.

Re: Mr Hamilton number one again..

Going by the previous standard, I'd agree Jim.... however I don't think anyone should be honoured for being good at their job. I'd include Sir Andy, Sir Mo and all the others.... actors etc. Should only be for outstanding contributions to society and charity.

Re: They're dropping like flies

Grammar and spelling are becoming much worse. When we interview anyone, part of the process is testing grammar and spelling and numerical capability. It would surprise you how even people with degrees cannot spot grammatical errors. When you communicate officially by email it is a reflection of the ...

VW is doing well, as a large manufacturer, in building plants in other countries and the work they are doing in places like Rwanda, is exemplary. All car manufacturers need to do more.

Tonee. This isn’t a dig. I was asking what people thought. You seem unable to be objective. I think it’s a terrible step, but you haven’t an opinion. Only whatavoutery. Very adult.

What do people think about the “Residency” law, that allows International teams to field ‘foreign’ players who have played in the host country for 5 years? (Was 3)

It adds 5 players to the England team alone

Six time formula 1 champion does it again, no surprise but a fantastic year for him and Mercedes F1 team, if he wins next season then he becomes the all time number one..
It’s being reported he is one championship behind Schumacher.... so one more would equal?
