We are thinking of signing our Deeds on our property over to our grown up children.
Is it best to add their details to our Deeds before the inevital happens, or to do it now. How difficult would this be? Any advice please.

Can I use my B of Cyprus debit card to pay. To use a UK Credit card would involve an exchange rate making the price paid unknown at the time.

I am with ATLANTIC insurance company in Pathos.When not in Cyprus they allow you to suspend your insurance for the time not used. We live in the UK
This also allows them to give a rebate for unused time. Have been with them for last 15 years. Also We are aged as well.

Maybe this will make them at least rethink over pensioners and farmers and what a rotten job they have done so far
