Thank you for all your suggestions. I finally bought one for €1.75 from Stephanos. They had dozens of different types for all sorts of applications. Worth calling there first if you wish to change your own battery.

Any ideas where I can buy a watch battery in Paphos area. I can fit it myself so just need a place buy one.
