They are beautiful Max. I enjoyed the pictures very much, and would certainly like to see more, if you should get the time to post them. Thank you for sharing.

Re: They have Arrived
We've got about 12 or more around us on the border of Sea Caves/Agios Georgios. Most arrived yesterday, although I've been hearing a couple or so for the last week.

Re: Ambulances ...
I was aware that the ambulance in question was NOT Evangelismos. That is their current provider, as the principal says. I never said it was Evangelismos, people are just jumping to that conclusion. This works both ways. My post said NOTHING about Evangelismos and I'm not too happy that it is being s...

I thought AL was only over for a week. And being AL he would of posted. I am only a forum and PM friend of AL but it is concerning that he has not been in touch with anyone. Please don't be negative in replies as I'm just concerned. I'm sure Al will be grateful to you for your concern. As we know h...

I am really delighted for you over your improvement HiC. It does sound quite remarkable. Thank you for posting about those turmeric tablets as well, I think I may try those after my current batch has run out. It is always good to know of a company that posts to Cyprus as well.

Re: Who else suffers from a bad back?
Thank you HiC for the update. I have been wondering how you were doing. Whenever I come back from Cy, I need a trip to my osteopath as my back flares up. I have long though it is my mattress there, as I'm better in the UK, but haven't known where to go to get a really good one. I'll be trying out th...

Re: Help needed...re Cat..NOT re- homing..
I third the neutering advice, as that is exactly what we did when we had this problem with a stray. We borrowed a trap from PARC, and the local vets neutered the cat under a feral program for €20. We have not had a single whiff since then. Money well spent, and so much better for the cat. PARC will ...

Re: Organic Fertilizer (home-made)
If memory serves Max, and knowing my Dad, he would have shoved anything he thought was a good idea into the mix! Whatever it was, what came out of the tube was dark, thick and aromatically challenging.

Re: Organic Fertilizer (home-made)
My father used to do this, with a pipe attached to get the liquid out. I can't remember many details, as I was quite young, but I do recall that the startling aroma did make the eyes water somewhat. He kept it in the stable yard, a decent way from the house, but there was no mistaking when he had us...

Re: Who else suffers from a bad back?
I have suffered from back pain for years, arthritis caused by lifting heavy patients whilst nursing. I have taken very strong medication, including morphine tablets for pain. A few months ago I was hearing how some people were experiencing 'miraculous' pain relief by taking Turmeric capsules. Being...

Re: Who else suffers from a bad back?
Footwear affects your back? Oh lord. So dancing around in Neo's a couple of weeks ago with high heeled boots could explain my current relapse. And there was me thinking it was too much time spent pruning orange and olive trees. Come to think of it, it really was after the dancing that things deterio...

Re: Geronisos Island confirmed much older...(PaphosPress)
Dr Joan Connolly also has a wonderful collection of colour slides which show the top pf the island where the archaeological site, is taken most years since she first started digging there over 20 years ago. Some of these slides were used to illustrate her talk. Dee I hope to be able to see this lad...

Well Mr Al, you may be interested to hear that because of the sad binoculars, I decided to up my game. I won't bore you with the binocular facts (partly because I can't lol) but they were fairly hefty, not fold up in a pocket type. And no, I had no clue how to set them up 😂 . Anyway, thanks to Amazo...

You can find Aphrostrom in the directory. https://www.paphoslife.com/directory/entry/aphrostrom When people have stopped commenting on the thread I will move it to the medical section. It will make it easier to find in future. Until then, feel free to discuss bad backs with gay abandon. :) Hah, you...

Re: Who else suffers from a bad back?
I'm interested in this post, having had some back issues myself. I was actually going to ask if anybody has seen latex (not memory foam) mattresses, but after HiC's post I will go and check out this mattress when over again in a few weeks. Thanks for posting.
