Re: Documents required for Ledra Street crossing
Thank you. I've just heard that someone only took their biometric card with them and was refused.

Re: Documents required for Ledra Street crossing
Just found out from another source that passports and biometric cards are fine. One resident took only a passport and had difficulty but was eventually allowed to cross.

Documents required for Ledra Street crossing
We are meeting friends who are staying in the North and would like to meet up with them by going through the Ledra Street crossing. Am I correct in thinking that we only require our passports and biometric cards as ID? Would appreciate confirmation from someone who has recently been.
Many thanks

CFL are excellent. They resprayed my Jazz and it looks like new. The level of detail was great.

Re: TV recomendation
Ah yes, we watched the final episode last night. There have been mixed reactions about Jack Whitehall playing the part but we thought he was brilliant. Really hope they plan to make a second series, but there are no firm plans at the moment. Loved the tension.....

Re: FLU and COVID JABS
Just as a point of interest, we heard that Flu and Covid jabs can be given at the same time. Apparently this is quite normal now in the UK. We asked our GP about this on Wednesday when we had our Flu jab, and she recommends at least 2 weeks between. However, it's a matter of choice.....

Re: Patio cleaning
We use hot water, and a good dollop of vinegar, and a Vileda mop. The tiles come up really well, and shiny. We've tried the power washer, when permitted, but have lost some grouting as a result.

Self adhesive tiles and/or self adhesive laminate
Due to a leak in our bathroom cupboard, the laminated chipboard in one particular place has suffered quite badly. Rather than getting the whole lot replaced we thought we could cover it up either with self adhesive tiles, or self adhesive laminate. If anyone could suggest a supplier in Paphos we ...

Any updates on the crematorium?
We've been rather out of touch lately, but just wondered if anyone has up to date information on when the crematorium is likely to be up and running.
Thank you
Thank you

It would also be useful to find a product that creates a sheen too - non slip. There's a patio in Moutallos that has a constant sheen to it and it looks lovely, but we've never seen anyone to ask when we've passed.

Thanks David, we'll probably pop in later this coming week. We rather thought that someone would know given how popular the supermarket is, and we were being lazy!!

Re: Appointment for renewing Driving Licence
Interestingly, today we tried to access www.kepo.cypruspost.post as one of the options suggested on the leaflet at the main Post Office in Paphos and we received a warning via Bitdefender that the site was not safe. We will try the telephone number next week.
