Last year the Desalination plant in Paphos burnt to the ground after an electrical fault. They have been hard at work rebuilding it and according to Press reports it is due to re-open in August. Sense By The Beach at Potima Bay is due to open by the end of June, so we popped down to see if they are going to hit their target.
