I would also bet that you can build a car port right up to the boundary with a solid roof as long as it is open on at least two sides.

As far as I know you can have the form signed by your doctor up to one month before you go in to renew your licence. But you need to make an appointment to do the renewing

At one time, you could drive a three-wheeler with a motorbike license as long as it had no reverse gear
