Sorry but you can walk till kingdom come,,and it will keep you fit..But if weights your goal you will not out exercise a knife,fork & spoon....IE walk moderately for 2 miles get back and enjoy that well earned glass of wine,and the calories you have burned whilst walking are back on :(

I have heard from a very good source ( the pub ) that the virus can not survive in temperatures above 78 degrees farenheit.Can anyone confirm that my very good source ( after he was a little tipsy ) is correct. :? I know of a situation here where someone committed a criminal offence against his neighbours property..Very minor but still a criminal offence.The police said the two neighbours had to " sort it out "between themselves.Would the dispute between the lady and the hotel be a civil matter.
