Star/planet in the east.

Re: House Extension

Re: Car Insurance
When taking out insurance i,ve learned that you must shop around when you get,,,,,well,,lets say bobbing on in years. A certain insurance company who i had been with for yonks rocketed my premiums when i became an,,octogenarian. When i inquired as to why the huge increase she said in a polite manner...

If you actually see an alien as a result of this, what ever you do dont smile at it.Because if you show your teeth it may take it as a sign of aggression.

Re: BA Avios points.
If you take out a credit card that gives you Avios points or collect them another way you will be OK, you only loose points if you don't add or spend points for more than 3 years. Gary. What about if you just buy from Avios points from their website? Is that enough to stop them expiring? Avios didn...

BA Avios points.
I was informed by a member of the board ( down at the pub of course ) that your avios points expire if not used for three years.
I have got a fair amount but dont intend to fly with BA until next year which will take me over three years not having used them.
Oh dear,what can i do

Hibiscus!
My beloved hibiscus ( shrubs not potted ) that i have cherished for over 12/13 years seem to be giving up their zest for life.No flowers on them and loosing all their leaves looking very skeleton like. My botanical skills are about zero, so i consulted the board members ( down at the pub of course )...

Re: Overhaul of dog ownership laws underway
Everyone's knocking this before its even tried out, for me its a step in the right direction, getting owners to be responsible for their dogs, owning a dog comes with responsibilities, such as the healthcare of the dog, cleaning up after it etc, I suggest every council could use the money from fine...

Re: Ikoagora(Cycleband) is moving to.....
That does not immediately seem like a good move to me.. But of of course I know nothing of the circumstances. The old Euro shop is on two floors with a staircase. It worked well for people with baskets, but trolleys could only be downstairs. I didn't think it was a large floor area I was in marketi...
