I’ve been to the old village of Paramali with my walking group, it was a lovely spring Saturday. Unfortunately, for us we stumbled on an army training exercise.. they looked at us askance as about 30 of us walked into the village. It turned out that they were just finishing a live firing exercise.. Maybe practicing for deployment to Afghanistan!

Thanks Dominic interesting blog ..........I do hope that any new development does not destroy this old village but being on Sovereign soil hopefully it won’t happen

I found this on old Paramali though it might be of interest .........

Old Paramali isn't on sovereign soil, according to the map. The golf development is a fair distance from the village itself.

Incredible quality photos inside this dark church where it is not easy to produce decent pics. ..... and I like the story with it a lot. Great blog again Dominic.
