Paphos Life

Years ago, before Kings Avenue Mall came into being, Paphos had another Mall, up near MacDonalds and the Motorway Roundabout. Closed for ages, it was recently purchased and has been renovated. It re-opened a few days ago, so we went to take a look.

Thanks for the photos, Dominic. the Mall looks very nice now. I used to know it well in its original incarnation. Then there was a huge space occupied by a supermarket, whre Superhome is now situated. It disappeared when the owner went bankrupt, among other things. There were also a few smaller shops, including a coffee bar.
Now looking at the photos it looks as if all the ground floor is occupied? So I wondered if there were any signs that Lidl will occupy some or all of what was covered parking on the floor below?
There was also a very useful escalator connecting the floors, the kind that accommodates a shopping trolley as well? That would be very useful if it's still there.

I'm planning to go there soon for a recce...
