The problem is not dodgy emails, but that Cyta block port 25.

Yes, I always use "read receipt". All my e-mails to them have been opened.

Thanks Louise. Someone gave me his e-m address at the weekend, so I'm going to try. He's also accepted me as a 'friend' on Facebook, so I'll be trying a multi-pronged approach! Pleased you told me that was an 'L' though! 😊

We live in the UK & managed to set up our direct debits by just popping into the municipality offices with our BoC
Statement & utility bills, it took no time at all, we did not have our title deeds at the time...hope that helps. :)
Thanks. Usually I make several visits a year to Cyprus, but for various reasons I was unable to visit at all in 2016, and can't get there until July this year. I'm sure once I'm there it will be fine. But in the meantime I have interest being added to a debt the amount of which I've not been told about, and PM seems incapable of considering any alternative.

Ah, I see, Tel. The secret is to pass a few bottles of Keo across the desk to the PM cashier. Of course. It's Cyprus. Why didn't I think of that! 😀
