We tried Namaste last night score it 5 out of 10 the garlic naan bread was thin flat and hard and where was the garlic. Said to the owner this isnt naam having visited Indian regularly for over 15 years he replied 'that's your opinion'. They serve the food in nice Indian style dishes, but expect you to eat it off an 18 inch diameter cold chrome plate with a knife and fork. The food was acceptable however the chicken biryani should have come with a vegetable stew this arrived in a thimble sized dish with was mainly liquid. The butter chichen was much better. That said don't think we would be going there again.

You can't book at Namaste, but don't worry, I'm sure there'll be a table available. Its doors open at 6pm, BTW. Closed for lunch.
You can book at Namaste. My neighbour told me it's essential as the are very busy so yesterday I booked a table for Saturday evening.

If you like pizza, try Ginos more or less opposite the bowling alley up from the big roundabout near the mall. If you have a car, the pizza at Aphrodite Rock Brewery are fantastic - the fish & chips are also very good. In the old town try Laona for traditional food - directions best found on trip advisor. For a good burger - try Pitta Fans Paphos, called in the other night and had a cracking Angus burger - on Makarios Avenue- map on their Facebook page.

Have heard good reports about Mysterium on TOTK Road but not tried it yet.

So ... Zak, are you here now, in Paphos??

How is the house hunting getting on? And where have you eaten so far.

Your feedback will be welcomed by many.

BTW, I think the Namaste is one of the Best Indian restaurants that I have eaten in. Curry houses in the UK tend to be from Bengal or Bangladesh not India. Naan breads in the UK are designed for the UK market. Personally I always have chapattis, much tastier

Hi sorry for the delay in reply as I was on an amazing holiday in Paphos and returned yesterday
I ate at the namaste and thought it was fantastic my son though was not as keen as it wasn't what he was expecting
The 3 little pigs was great and at a cheap price the best kebabs I have ever eaten and was recommended this place my many people that live and work in Paphos
I found the best breakfast was at Alfie Ts
The curry house on bar street called jayanta was excellent
Ate at lots of other places but those places stood out head and shoulders above the rest
I had lots of time riding round on my scooter looking at different areas for possibly living in the future and if anyone saw me yes I was riding with a vest shorts and flip flops crazy I know but I loved riding that scooter in the sun between the showers we had
I came to the conclusion that I'm only going to know which area I prefer when I'm not in holiday mode so think the best thing will be to rent for a 6 months to a year then I may have more of an idea
Many thanks for everyone that gave me some great recommendations of places to eat
