Vardas beach Development

Anyone using this area and beach should be aware of hotel and other development, it is a mess and noisy for anyone wishing to sit around the area.
Although no one was using this area yesterday (10/3/2017) and it looks calm, for sure ten minutes was enough. You can see the new annex to the near by hotel that is being built over the unused tennis courts next to Vardas beach restaurant .
