The other day I bought some premium ice cream at Lidl and was not that impressed from the taste (Belgium chocolate)...

Today I was preparing for a picnic tomorrow and as a dessert I thought Raspberry/Nut Sorbet would be nice.

It took me maximum 3 minutes to do it and it is in the freezer now to stay OK for tomorrow.

If you want to copy that recipe, here we are: all you need is a blender and the ingredients...

100 gr frozen Raspberries
50 gr Walnuts
2 tbsp sugar (with vanilla pod)
a bit cinnamon and cardamum
1 full tbsp Mascarpone
fair amount of full fat tin milk (condensed)

After mixing ca 30 seconds in a blender it was ready.... and I had to stop myself trying too much of it as it suppose to be for tomorrow... :)

I didn't measure it, I believe it is ca 3-4 tbsp, but is not that important. I use it only that the ingredients mix better in the blender than without...

It is called "condensed milk full fat", unsweetened, and produced in Germany. The link from Wikipedia explains it

Can you use noy noy?
Of course you can use Noynoy which is specially known in Cyprus and Greece. And Mascarpone, well it is THE famous Italian cream cheese (based on whole cream) and can be used not only for tiramisu, the Italien dessert, but also for cooking, mixed with berries, or just on some fresh Baguette instead of butter with a lovely taste of whole cream. ...
