Home made ice cream in 3 minutes

The other day I bought some premium ice cream at Lidl and was not that impressed from the taste (Belgium chocolate)...
Today I was preparing for a picnic tomorrow and as a dessert I thought Raspberry/Nut Sorbet would be nice.
It took me maximum 3 minutes to do it and it is in the freezer now to stay OK for tomorrow.
If you want to copy that recipe, here we are: all you need is a blender and the ingredients...
100 gr frozen Raspberries
50 gr Walnuts
2 tbsp sugar (with vanilla pod)
a bit cinnamon and cardamum
1 full tbsp Mascarpone
fair amount of full fat tin milk (condensed)
After mixing ca 30 seconds in a blender it was ready.... and I had to stop myself trying too much of it as it suppose to be for tomorrow...
