The need for a speedy demolition to start is obviously urgent now But if it costs half a million who is going to pay for the demolition? The developer, the local authorities, the Govt?

I hope for the sake of all Kamares residents that the demolition will be complete before the first rains come.

I know it may sound daft but knocking something down like that has to be thought through and planned otherwise the demolition crew could be killed or injured. I've seen the company I worked for demolish structures and all kinds of risk assessments have to be developed before we could do the work.
