Some members will remember my post some time ago when I bought for my dog Lucky an outdoor air-con from GreenAir which does already since this hot week a excellent job, reducing the outside temperature where the dog lays for about 8 c. A huge built-in fan (8000 m3/h and water which creates lower temperature very economical through evaporation.

But this post is about a Cooling Mat I found today at Lidl, and after I placed it for Lucky, she won't move from there anymore...
Running the outdoor air-con AND this mat is just perfect for this heat wave at the moment as I had yesterday already 35c in the afternoon...

All mats gone from Both Lidl stores before 1pm today

I have a chillow pillow insert bought from Amazon, which is excellent in this heat wave.

We got one from Amazon a couple of summers ago, our little one won’t go on it.

You can find them in the net, here one Swiss site, quite expensive with more than 100 Euro for the larger ones. So I am pleased that the Lidl offer was so cheap for the dog. (no wonder sold so quickly)

We recently bought a new bed with a mattress that cools on one side in the summer and warms on the other.

Yes, we bought it in Evzona on the road to Chlorakas. It really works, no power supply, just a special material that is cool to the touch.
