internet down

Our internet went down yesterday afternoon about 16.45 checked everything and rebooted them all. In the end I called Cyta ' yes we do have a problem please be patient the engineers are working on it.' wow I thought that's a first for them to admit fault. anyway it came back online about 20.30 . fingers crossed all good at the moment.
Anyone else have the problem?

They have always admitted when there was a fault. All good now.

Their service is second to none now, they cant do enough for you when you ring them up, and they will patiently, talk to you step by step until the problem is sorted.

Been with them 16 years and can honestly say never found fault with them. Any time I've had a problem they have been brilliant. Fingers crossed I'm not about to curse it!
