Thank you for that info, last year I went to Gerouskipou main office to ask what the future hold regarding upgrading in that area, they said then that a foot path would be built way past the first Hotel near the Luna park both east and west, they have as you said built those small white cafe's not open as I write this, but so far have only made rough car parking, maybe the money is not available but the plans are there with most of those modifications, oddly the last cafe towards the airport looks to be a take away, bit far out I would have thought, I am looking forward to future developments I hope I am here to see them.

Rosemary dropped me off at the far end of the beach whilst she took our visitors to Jumbos, so I walked the full length of the beach.

First observation, at the far end, nearest the airport, the farmer has blocked off the path with no entry signs, so you would have to walk across the stoney beach to get access to the path by the side of the airport. Last time I tried to get access there, the path had been blocked where he has his horse, race track.
Just across the road from the beach, there used to be a beach club. It never seemed to do well but it has been transformed into a wedding venue.
I walked along the foundations of the new walkway. Stones from the beach were being put in cages and new seats have recently been put in place.

Disappointing the kiosks are still not open. I was told another five weeks.

However, lots of new sunbeds on the beach. Most locals take their own down. However, still lots of room for your own.
Looking towards Riccos. A JCB was clearing some of the rocks Riccos had put there previously.
I think Paphos Al would have approved of the new Riccos. A lot of tourists having drinks in the new part and the old boys still playing Backgammon under the shade in the old part.
