Looking for a not too old DSLR, for general photography.
Or indeed any recommendations for a new camera. But not too expensive. Say below 500.

I would suggest that you visit "PUBLIC" in the Kings Mall. I bought my DSLR, from there and it is great not at all expensive. They have a good range to choose from.

Be careful with second hand: a tiny mote of sticky dust on the sensor can be expensive to have removed (or any other similar defect). Check also for fungus.

Thanks for responses. I did end up buying new from Public. I had been there several times over the past few months, but also to Electroline, and Stephanis. But after much reading, the camera I decided was best for me was at Public. Thanks again.
