Went on Saturday into the old town parked in market car park and was interested in this new cafe that has been erected i.e. Cafe Nero by the bronze statue, well I must admit it was very nice, smart and well presented apart from when we got our coffee and sat outside it was difficult to pass by some sofas with extra chairs pulled on the end. The water feature was stunning but can see an accident going to happen especially children who are excited and suddenly slip. Nevertheless it does look fab.

Well, the water feature has been there for well over a year now & whether there's been an accident yet, who knows? Kerbstones that you find everywhere, are just as much a hazard, as two of my friends will tell you!!

If you remove all hazards from the local environment, then you will be left with nothing. The water feature is fine. If kids fall in (and they haven't yet) then tough. Kids fall over all the time, and that is part of their learning.
