I was there too, more cars and a lot busier than in previous years.

Agree. Never seen so many people at this event. I think they did some advertising at hotels - brought in some extra visitors. Very busy! And add to that the bike race further round - a really enjoyable morning!
I should also add that the Gospel Choir concert at the Castle yesterday evening was also entertaining.

Closed all the roads off though..why...difficult to get to work

I don't know if its the same as took place in larnaca last week, but that one was fantastic, and had a huge range of classics.

When I went there there were no roads closed (except for the castle area itself, where the cars were).
I think closures were due to the bike race or other things going on elsewhere along the harbour road, and maybe earlier on.

Must have been for safety reasons.

Loved the V W mini bus , the early version with the split windscreen which can be opened on either side .
