The first part of Cyprus’ new public health system is due to come into force on June 1.
A list of ten things that citizens should know about the GHS was published on the system’s website on Wednesday.

That is as brilliant link and sets it all out very nicely and is easy to understand. It still does pose a number of questions, but that=y can be sorted as the weeks progress
It is a shame that is did not mention the start date is now August

Also including the link posted in the general discussion here posted by mikestrand 2 which has even more information! I'm trying to keep relevant information in the Medical Matters section so it is easier for people to find out about GESY at a later date.
THE Health Insurance Organisation (HIO), tasked with implementing the national health scheme (Gesy), issued further guidelines and explanations for the public on Wednesday in a bid to clarify continued confusion ahead of the June 1 launch of outpatient care.
