Monday set to be hottest day of the year

Monday is likely to be the hottest day of the year so far, but temperatures are set to rise to even higher levels on Tuesday and Wednesday.Inland it is going to be warmer than elsewhere, with temperatures reaching 33C on Monday. For coastal areas 27C to 30C are forecast, and for the mountains 24C.At night they will drop to 17C around Nicosia and 15C in other areas....

It probably feels warm after the long cold winter we've all had. It isn’t hot yet by Cyprs standards..
The higher temperatures relate to Nicosia and the inland area.

Agree Dee, however warm it may feel now, we know there is much worse to come

Believe me, I am Dominic, but I know that within a few weeks we are all going to be moaning and complaining about the heat!!
