Where in Peyia is that ?

It is on the east side of the village, past the school and then further east.

Helicopter circling the Stadium area now, hope they find her soon.

The road is called Koutsoullotremethias and Peyia Valley is the last complex at the East of the village on the road that leads over the hills to Akoursos

My property is about 50m from Peyia Valley complex on the same road.

Quite a lot os expats. Or is that immigrants....

Apparently she has been found alive with some injuries which are not serious

Missing Russian elderly woman found

An 80-year old Russian woman, living in Pegia, who has been missing since Thursday evening, has been found.

According to initial reports, the woman was found today with the help of a police helicopter and members of the civil defence, in a cliff in Pegia area. She was on foot and all indications are that she fell off the cliff and was injured.

She is taken to hospital for medical care. Philenews says her injuries are not serious.

The woman lives with her daughter, who is married to a Cypriot, living in Pegia and on Thursday evening she went out, on foot, and had not been seen since.

Oh thank goodness for that. Bless her, she must have been very frightened.
