There is or was a very good book stall inside the building, as well as bricabrack stalls outside.
But there is also a very good charity book shop at Tremithousa.

Now there's a phonetic nightmare we shared in the earlier M$N incarnation of
CyprusLiving, Jacs...
I wonder if his two mobile homes are still parked there in Pissouri?

Al, remind me how to get there and I'll take a look sometime! Just can't imagine they could still be there??? Surely not
Sos, mean the mobiles not Timi. Think Timi still going but not so robust.

My understanding is that One person owns the Land, Another person owns the Building and if such is the case only the Goodwill, such as it is, would be for sale. I have no idea what that would be worth. A divided and somewhat precarious position.

Yes, Goodwill is always a difficult thing to sell. It can disappear so very very quickly..

Jacs- just take Georgi up to the top of old Pissouri village on top of the hill. Enjoy a nice lunch in one of the many tavernas up there (Grapevine, if I remember?) or down on the seafront afterwards. Whilst up on the top, do you remember that circular open air amphitheatre? We looked down and spotted the mobile homes way down the bottom of the hill, SE I think... Then drove down for a closer inspection, LOL!
I bet they're still there, for refugees maybe?
Cheers- AL x

Re goodwill - it's also very difficult to account for, has to be written off v quickly, can't now remember the rates, but at least 20% per year I think, - unless a longer period can be amply justified - which is quite a hefty annual cost when starting up a business.
