It was really unexpected that there was another short thunderstorm this morning in my area as the first daylight mood promised a nice day with clouds only far away...


towards the sea pink clouds, but far away again..


in Limassol direction clouds behind the wind park, one is looking like a Chinese dragon


not now after seconds it's a different shape


sun slowly rising







and here we are...


20 minutes later I heard a thunder or was it perhaps a plane starting? But then I realized it was another thunderstorm as it was pouring down with rain again, followed by more lightnings... but at least the rest of the day it was quite sunny, but cold wind...

Great Pictures Max, and I think the worst of the weather is now behind us thankfully, I really am ready for lots of sunshine.

I just changed my mind about the weather, we now have cloud, rain and thunder lol.....

We have lovely blue skies now!

Well, after a very nice start this morning, but with cold temperature of 6c and strong wind from Troodos, for a sudden this black cloud arrived..


and seconds later a heavy hail shower confirmed the cold temperature...


but the forecast for the coming week is much better ...(hopefully)

So it was already a very sunny day after that weather phenomenon, but still much too cold for the time of the year..

It’s a really beautiful Easter week end in the UK. We have had cloudless skies for the last 3 days. Today was forecast to be really warm and sunny about 23c and it was. In fact weather charts for Easter Sunday showed the British Isles would be warmer than most of the Mediterranean area.
But it is only temporary as next week its back to grey days, chilly winds and some rain for UK!
Hopefully Cyprus will be seeing a return to the warm sunny weather! Not before time..

I went out this morning at 11pm for my walk. Could not believe the car thermometer, 16c. Got down to the coast and it was really windy. Managed to keep warm by walking quickly. Very clear and could see the top of Mount Olympus from the coast. Looked as if it had a fresh snowfall on it.
