Russian Commercial Bank?

My partner and I need to establish a bank account in Paphos to pay utility bills, etc.
RCB seems to have a decent website and low bank fees (relative to the others). It does not seem any shakier than the other banks. Of course we would not keep a great deal of money in the account, but we would rather not lose what is there (!) and we would like our bank to be easy to deal with. We would appreciate any views as to the best bank to choose. Many thanks.
