My Cyprus white medical card is due for renewal in April.

Does anyone know whether a replacement card comes automatically through the post or do I have to present myself somewhere and fill forms in, if so where ?

Unless your card does not arrive by post automatically then just go to the General Hospital and go upstairs to see the registrar for medical cards.

My card was due to expire at the end of February so last week went to the citizen advice center ,the place was packed out to the door ,asked at the counter about renewing the card was told to wait two minutes. Two minutes later a new card was printed . On seeing the large number of people waiting expected to be there quite some time .

I need to change the address on my medical card. I assume it can be done at the Citizens Service Centre. Has anyone done this?

Yes you can make changes there, or at the citizens desk in the Anavargos post office..

I went to Anavargos PO (Citizens Service Centre) last week to change address and tel nos on medical card

and was told to wait until 1 month before renewal date (2020) and do it then.


I think I will try at General hospital admin dept.
