In 1996, we purchased an apartment in Tala through Gloria Aubury.
We found her to be most professional and competent.

To her credit, she is still in business now
https://www.paphosproperties.com/
so she must be doing something right!!

:)

Emma, assume you have lawyer for the sale.Cannot recommend one myself but when buying or selling getting the right one is more important than choosing the right estate agent. I think most of the members will agree

I agree I have bought and sold through Gloria, last year our flat was on her site less than 6 weeks before we got a buyer

I too found Marios very thorough and a most straighforward person to deal with. However before placing my business with him I bought a FOR SALE board from Superhome DIY and had my phone number printed and attached by Zonari. It was up for less than a week; had 3 viewings and sold to one of them. I was able to give a discount as I'd saved on an agents fee! Try it. A good property will sell itself.

Having a for sale board up is a good idea, especially is you are not off down a country road..

You may be aware but just in case - any professional fees - such as lawayer/registered estate agents can
be offset against any CGT liability should you be in profit.

Used Marios to sell our bungalow . First to view bought at price required. Paid 3% fees, money well spent.
