Can anyone one recommend a good budget photoshop system like Picasa, as this no longer exists.
Just been on a great holiday and want to edit my photos and store them on a hard drive rather than a cloud.

Picasa does still exist I use it lots of time every day .. It is just not being supported with updates now..
