Meanwhile, there's talk in the travel news in several different articles that Thomas Cook are considering selling part or all of their airline business after another reported financial loss at the end of 2018 figures.

As long as Ryanair keep undercutting other airlines the passengers will continue to book with them.

Maybe a rare Ryanair fan here. Flew many times with them last year and am off again next week to Chania. Cheap as chips but does exactly what it says on the tin!

Having never flown with Ryanair after looking at the programme I doubt I ever will.
A few years ago a girlfriend flew out with Ryanair although she had a return ticket she said she wouldn’t never fly with them again and booked her return flight with EasyJet........horses for courses 🙄

Enjoy it. I once took one of the boys there for a long weekend over Easter and we absolutely loved it. What a stunning old city it is! And how beautiful Crete in general is. I still think if there were direct flights from the Middle East to Crete I might have chosen to buy there instead of Cyprus...

But back on subject. Also used Ryanair to London a few times and could not fault them.
