Polemi Frog Chorus

When somebody told us Polemi had noisy frogs I assumed they actually meant dogs. Is this just a Polemi thing or are they more widespread?

They are island wide and the wet weather this year has been a boon for them!

Pretty little things all green and yellow and they don't arf jump some distances. And yes can be found all over the island.

Well isn't that weird?
I had been wondering where the frogs had got to this year, and I went outside tonight and there they were, croaking again. And guess what? It is exactly a year later. How's that for timing?

That froggy chorus always brings a smile to my face, although some members of the choir attempt to live in my pool.

They annoy my wife because she is forever trying to photograph them and they hop off before she can get her zoom lens ready.

Where there are frogs there are snakes.... so look out for them too!
