Went to pay my bill today expecting free line rental for December. It was part of a package we signed for and received every year.

Apparently discontinued, no pre warning, nada, gone.

Very poor customer service from a supplier we trusted and had loyalty as a result.

No more.

No idea of the ins and outs of this situation, but monthly bills were reduced earlier in the year and I had a feeling that it could have had something to do with this free month. I could be totally barking up the wrong tree! A visit to the Cya office will sort it!
