CYTA fault: 4 days without weather forecast

Without prejudice, CYTA blocked my 2 landlines for 4 days as a result of road works. I've been furious because my weather data and forecasts have not been available. Hopefully, the situation has been restored.
I was not warned that my Internet and phone connections would be cut, so I was not able to inform viewers of my forecast that they would not have the service.
