sell you organic fertilizer, much better than top soil, to mix with ordinary soil....
Most of the top soil in Cyprus is not very special as there is no content of humus in it.
If you mix your own you are better done. You can also try to find so called copri, which is
sheep or goat shit, but it has to be an old one, more than 3 years, otherwise no good!

The problem I have had with buying animal manure (goat, chicken or horse) is finding any that is aged. The new stuff isn't any good as it needs to be a minimum of 6ths old, otherwise it is often very smelly and being very strong can burn young plants. It helps to mix it with compost, peat and a little sand, before using it on the garden.
