Does homemade cake freeze well? Never occurred to me before. Mind you, we only tend to cook one cake at a time, and we are lucky if it manages to cool down before it is eaten. This is a shame, as it actually tastes nicer when chilled a bit.

Papantoniou's at Tremithousa will of course make you a cake for a particular day, like a Birthday ...
Same price as the ones in the chiller cabinet
