Heard about this a few months ago.... has it happened?

Haven't heard anything of it...
We run a self-funding capture, neuter and release scheme here in Pissouri for cats.
A government backed scheme (or some funding for local schemes) would be excellent.

Not sure about a Govt scheme but Paphiakos were running one where you could "borrow" (for a hefty deposit) a trap to catch the animal. They would then neuter it for you foc, we used it last year!
