i took MOH in during early hours and the male nurse was brilliant! i couldn't say the same for the admin dept. it was in darkness and i thought no-one was there. He was asleep in the chair. rapping on the counter got a bleary eyed look and back to sleep! it took over 15 minutes to get him to finally register the details. Then we waited til the specialist had seen all the cypriots first, of course their emergency could have been more of an emergency!
