I live in walking distance from Tala and I can say no storms as such, two distant thunder claps and a little light rain, so what storm?

Had a sprinkle of rain in Tala/ Kamares about 3.45pm, but what we need is some sustained proper rain! Hope it will arrive soon as fed up with watering the garden!

Which confirms the reading of Sunfresh bakery's weather station near the Mall, towards Chloraka, which was 0,0 for the day....
and only ca 3 km distance where Lincoln mentioned that " it was heavy rain for about two hours" 
On the other hand I had the second proper rainfall at Minthis hills this autumn with 9 mm/m2... from 12.30 - 1 PM.Max

More Thunder and lightning forecast for us in the hills today. Maybe we will get a little water.

Not a problem, Shane. We had a reasonable dollop yesterday but unfortunately, Polemi is some way below Kannaviou so I suspect next to nothing was added to the water storage. The only good thing about rain falling on land lower than the reservoirs is that it reduces consumption - no need to water pots or fruit trees.

Weather this morning is perfect, warm and clear, we had NO real storms over the last week but for sure rain is needed. Have a good one, take your sunscreen if you're venturing out.
