I agree. 999 is an emergency no and even a complete numpty should know that. What’s wrong with some of the UK population?
I think that misusing an emergency no and taking up the operators time should be treated as a misuse of emergency services and be an offence, almost on a par with those trying to use an ambulance as a sort of taxi...for non urgent business.
