Mid Term rental. 2 bed apart on UNIVERSAL

We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment on the UNIVERSAL area for 2 terms of 2 months each year. February/March and September/October.
We are a retired married couple, non smoking and no pets.
Our TOTAL budget for the 4 months is £2400. That is £600 per month.
We do not want a holiday let, we want something that is homely, warm in the cold months. Well equipped with cooking implements and crockery. Good linen and bedding.
Internet is essential.
