Good news re roaming charges should the UK leave the EU; rates will stay as they are now. By agreement with the two major mobile players the government anticipates the remainder to follow suit else legislation will be introduced to force them!

Whilst on this subject, I was recently caught out by a Primetel charge when I was in the UK calling a Freephone 0800 number. Apparently it is considered an international number charged at €2.50 a minute & not part of my subscription call allowance! :o

According to Sky news this morning the Mobile Phone Companies have stated they have "NO CURRENT PLANS" to scrap the Roaming Charges Agreement after Brexit which is totally different from what is being claimed.

Proof that it is just more scaremongering from the remoaners.

Sack the Governor of The BOE he is the worst scaremongerer - no good having a remoaner in his position.

Everytime he opens his mouth the exchange rate goes south
