Yes, I’ve made similar observations, Flossie. But I noticed also that when there are plenty of people waiting, at least1 of the 3 or so people who are actually serving people at the central v shaped console have a tendency to get up and walk off for coffee, meal breaks or what ever!
Its also important to take the right ticket from the choice of ticket machines.... as they have different letters!

Excellent! Must admit I get confused as to which ticket category I should select - I need a letter from the EAC which is similar to your situation. Did you have to select a particular category? Always been happy with the service at EAC.

What were the first two options ??

I,ve had EAC and CYTA bills paid online for years now Trev,so easy,saves all that messing about and usually the EAC bill is shown online about four days after the reading and it usally takes anything up to four weeks before it,s deducted from your account.
