Feels like a lovely fresh morning with blue sky and sunshine. I will be bird watching today, I am hearing all sorts of birds singing just now, makes a change from the squawking magpies and coo-ing doves!

Ever and anon I get a tinnitus attack after sitting too long in front of the screen. What helps me is: rolling both shoulders forwards and backwards ca 10 times and immediately the nasty high pitch is gone... another thing I realized: I never have a tinnitus if I work in the garden with the large clippers, pruning shrubs.....
