A 28-year-old man died in a traffic accident early on Friday morning in the Ayia Marina Chrysochous area of Paphos.The crash happened at around 2am, when a car driven by the Philippos Hadjiphilippou, 28, on the Ayia Marina to Argakas road hit a railing, overturned and smashed into a tree....

Mouse, vehicles are now designed so much in favour of driver/passenger safety AND pedestrian safety in mind.
Go back 30/40 years and if some one had an accident they would be killed but the vehicle would hardly be damaged, now people are a lot less likely to be killed or seriously injured but the chances are that the vehicle will be written off as it is designed to crumple on impact hence saving the people in the vehicles.
Look at F1 cars how many of those drivers are injured and they are involved in very high speed accidents.
Remember Mouse it is the driver who is responsible for the speed/actions of a vehicle.
