CAR PARKING CHARGES

The ticket machines seem to be working again. Does anyone know if this mean that car parking Charges in Pafos are back?

The municipal car park near to ACS is always empty but there is a stream of cars parked along the double yellow lines to the car park entrance and on the waste land opposite even though the ticket machine wasnt working a few days ago

I have never been in there, what would it cost to park there to collect a parcel at ACS ??
