New Chinese on TOK Road

Last year we enjoyed a great evening at Jackie Ma's (next to Dias Zeus) and wanted to go again this year but on arrival in Paphos (6. March) we found that it had closed.
Shortly after we bumped into a guy outside who showed us the pics for the new frontage of the new Chinese restaurant in it's place. He estimated it would open mid-April but by the time we left on 22 April it was nowhere near ready.
Can anybody tell me if the project was completed and tell me the name and possibly report on the place?
